In September 2012, New United Group completed the acquisition of New United Goderich Inc., Canada and changed its name to "New United Goderich Aircraft Co.,". The company is located in the Hullen Lake Industrial Park in the north of London, Ontario, Canada. It is engaged in the modification, decoration and maintenance of civil aircraft (such as Boeing series, Bombardier series, Embraer series, etc.) and business jets. It has obtained maintenance and modification qualifications recognized by many civil aviation authorities such as Canada TC, China CAAC, US FAA, European EASA and UAE GCAA. Jiangsu Jet Co., Ltd. is a China Civil Aviation CCAR-135 business aviation air transport enterprise affiliated to New United Aerospace Holdings Ltd. , with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The main operating base is Changzhou Benniu International Airport, with branch bases in Nanjing and Shenzhen. The main business covers business flights, aircraft management, aircraft purchase consultation, medical rescue, general aviation leasing flights and other service projects. Jiangsu Business Aviation was officially approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of East China for preparation in October 2013, and obtained the "General Aviation Enterprise Business License" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of East China in November 2015, and started flights in November 2016.
