Thanks to its reliable project management and consistent delivery quality, Jiangsu New United Goderich Aviation has earned the trust of South Korean airlines. The aircraft involved in this project—originally part of the Asiana Airlines fleet—was reassigned to Jin Air following a fleet adjustment, necessitating a complete repainting.
To meet the requirements of this fleet transfer and repainting project, the team executed operations in strict accordance with civil aviation airworthiness standards. They systematically completed the entire process, including stripping the old paint, surface preparation, multi-layer painting, and applying livery markings. Throughout the operation, the team meticulously monitored parameters such as paint film thickness, color consistency, and surface smoothness, ensuring no minor imperfections were overlooked. Through this comprehensive repainting process, the aircraft underwent a transformation of its "identity"; upon delivery, it will enter service within Jin Air’s route network.
Expanding from serving a single airline to undertaking fleet modification projects for multiple brands within the group demonstrates Jiangsu New United Goderich Aviation growing reputation in the Northeast Asian MRO market. The fact that overseas clients entrust their fleet-adjustment repainting tasks to the Changzhou facility serves as a tangible endorsement of the company's comprehensive service capabilities.
